Refund & Cancellation Policy

At USA Home Shields Services, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality home services. We understand that sometimes plans may change, so we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.


1. Service Cancellations

  • Customer Cancellations:
    • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without any fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and staff costs.
  • Company Cancellations:
    • If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff unavailability or weather conditions), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience.

2. Refunds

  • Service Not Provided: If a scheduled service is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review the case and, if appropriate, provide a partial refund, discount, or re-service at no additional cost.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Payments for services that have already been completed to agreed standards are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours before the appointment) may be subject to an additional fee.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
